LIGHTBOX PROJECT
Hello! In this project, I implemented design techniques to create a box with an interface that allowed a user to blink an LED for a specific duration, frequency, and duty cycle. It was based on user needs and specifications that are outlined in the PDF below. This was a great opportunity for me to develop skills and learn how to design for needs.

MAIN POINTS
CAD Design
The enclosure of this device was 3D-printed. I designed all of the parts shown below using Onshape. The yellow and the lighter green parts inside the box were representatives of the battery and PCB respectively. They helped me properly size the other parts.Â
This design went through many iterations to properly match all related specifications. It is important to note how all edges were filleted to improve strength.

ECAD Design
The circuitry was designed using the schematic below. There was no microcontroller used. This was formed by resistors, capacitors, diodes, voltage regulators, potentiometer, battery, switches, and an AND gate. I focused on doing the most optimal design to save space.
